Our story
Pablo Herrero López
I’m a young entrepreneur with big ambitions and a belief that the people around you help shape what’s possible. I’ve lived most of my life in Barcelona and spent two years in the United States, surrounded by brilliant young minds who have challenged me, inspired me, and encouraged me to think bigger. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit: a curiosity about how things work and a drive to build something meaningful. I believe that when you surround yourself with the right people, ideas turn into opportunities. My ambition is to make the world a better place through what I build. Legal Lens is my way of putting that ambition into action, helping make legal information clearer and more accessible.

Growing up between cultures has shaped the way I see the world. Although I’m originally from Spain, I never lived there. I spent 14 years in Shanghai and another 4 years in Dubai, experiences that gave me a truly international perspective from a young age. I’ve always been fascinated by entrepreneurship and dreamed of building something of my own and being part of the startup world. Now, that dream is becoming a reality. I met my two co-founders in the residence next to our University, and what started as a few conversations quickly turned into a shared ambition. We’re young, hungry, curious, and extremely motivated to build something that solves a huge problem, learn along the way, and make an impact. This is only the beginning.

As I always say, "the only limit is your mind". For many years I failed with understanding this concept, which led to the many failures I faced. But I was wrong all along, it was not about how the failures affected me badly, it was about my mind shifting throughout the years and learning to improve through them. All the business experience I have combined with the variety of skills I possess, comes down to the fact of trying and trying and not giving up throughout the years, even if it meant not getting any results. Recently, I came across 2 guys who had the minds I'd never seen in anyone else before. Seeing their hunger, their creativity, and passion which is higher than any mountain, I was sure they were the ones to start this idea with. My personal ambition in life is to make a change, a difference. As my grandpa always used to say "Success is not about making money, it's about making a difference"

Why we built this?

Lawyers are expensive and slow, and the best rooms don't wait. We built LegalLens to give every student a clear, fast second opinion before they sign.
